Can you look at the event records both system and application on the =
netbackup client and server machines and see what they say.=20
As a starter:
Look for  tcp/ip errors in the system event records.=20
Look at the ese entries in the application log

I have a WIN2K environment running 4.5GA.  I also have four Exchange2K =
servers one of them logs this error message in Veritas.
I have been told that this error is caused by dirty SDLT drive heads.  =
The drives did not display a request for drive cleaning but I performed =
the cleaning anyway on Friday.  This Monday I got the same error and =
failed backups.  Any help would be great.
