How can I tell what maintenance level I have on a Unix system?    I don't
have a /usr/openv/patches directory so there is no patch.history. Is there
another way to tell? 
 
This is all I know:  
/usr/openv/netbackup/version 
HARDWARE SOLARIS
VERSION NetBackup 4.5GA
RELEASEDATE Thu Mar 21 04:50:03 CST 2002
