You're right. www.aittape.com doesn't have AIT-4 (yet). Spectra
Logic's site has references to AIT-4 being available in 2004. Maybe I
heard that it was S-AIT having more capacity than current LTO. I seem
to remember a co-worker stopped by my desk last week, to tease me about
how LTO-1 was so far off the back compared to what else is out there,
and he said that AIT has passed up LTO.

how you are managing a data load that requires that much backup operation?
