Here is the situation - I am running 4.5 MP2 on Solaris 2.8. Suddenly, my 
media server started running out of tapes - I get error 96. After some 
investigation I had discovered that all the tapes are frozen. I unfroze the 
tapes, expired them and delete them from silo. re-inventory the silo - the 
tapes shows up ok. However, as soon as, I start backup it freezes all the tapes 
again with the following messages (from my both log):
