Ellen,
The last time I ran into this was when the master/media server lost
connection with the ATL robot.
I?m running NBU 34 on HP-UX, an ioscan showed the robot controller was not
claimed, so it required a power reset of the ATL and a stop and restart of
NBU to correct.
If you can provide a little more info about your environment and version it
would help a lot.
