Thanks to all that replied.
The overwhelming consensus says this is a no go. BackupExec uses BENT
(native NT-tape format) while NetBackup uses TAR.

I have a problem as stated below. I wouldn't think it would be an issue,
but is apparently is.
I performed a backup of a WinX box using a UNIX master (ver 3.4) and sent
the tape off to one of our vendors. They are trying to restore the data
using BackupExec (ver 8.5).
Is there an issue with backing up using Netbackup on a UNIX master and
restoring with BackupExec w/ a WinX master?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
