[Veritas-bu] Netbackup 4.5 windows 2000

We have upgraded our win2k machines from SP2 to SP3 and all of a sudden
Netbackup 4.5 datacenter has stopped responding.

Its as thought the server doesn't exist. Launching the administrator it says
"server has actively refused the connection"

Has any one seen this before or got any advise.
