Veritas does not recommend converting your existing database to binary
format. They do support having both your existing ASCII database and a new
binary database on the same media server.

3.4 to 4.5. Below are some queries which i have:-

1. How much time does it take for converting the Ascii Database to
Binary (in terms of GB and hours) ?
2. Does it make any difference in terms of speed if we overwrite the
ascii Database or specified a different target directory?
