Yes.  Make sure that you have entries for each master/media server in
NetBackup DB Backup Attributes for:
o       server-name:/usr/openv/netbackup/db
o       server-name:/usr/openv/volmgr/database
o       server-name:/usr/openv/var (master servers only)

It just occurred to me that while we're being very rigorous in our disaster
recovery plans for other servers, if my master/media server crashes, I'd
lose all of the policies and schedules.  Sure, it wouldn't be the worst
thing in the world, I'm just wondering if those are included in the catalog
backup.  If so, would there be any way to import them back in the event of a
crash?
