I get this:

According to GDM there are 69 valid images on the tape. What about if the
images are not the primary images?

bpduplicate -s 1/1/1970 -id AC1013 -st FULL -PM
and see what comes up.
If you get a listing of valid images, then use the same
command but include your -dp -dsunit and -rl.
It should start duplicating if you have available tapes in
the dest.pool.
