I don't think you can.  Unix incrementals are based on the last recorded
full backup (or incrementall if differential) for that class.
 
You can create a test schedule within the original class.  Better yet, when
I build a test backup class, I just make the backup filelist to be "/etc" or
something similiarly small and just back up a bit of data.  I also do it to
a specific "test" pool of tapes, it makes it easy to find the tapes and then
expire all their images.

Hi All, 

I copy a orignal class (smtp_bk) to a new class (smtp_bk_test) and perform a
manual incremental backup using the copy class (smtp_bk_test) but it seem
like doing a full backup. I believe because this is new class so Netbackup
3.4 though I never has backup for this class before. Just wonder can we
change this new class to refer to the orignal class (smtp_bk) incremental
backup so it just perform a incremental backup for me :)
