Hi everyone - I believe I found the fault to my STATUS 98 error - I deleted
the robot and asked Netbackup assistant to find it again, which it did!

My next problem is Multiplexing. Created a new backup policy, in the
schedule set multiplexing to 10 and in the storage management window of NBU,
specify the robot can use 3 tape drives and multiplexing set to 15.

When I kick off a job, it only uses one tape drive and the remaining streams
are queued.

Have I overlooked an issue at all?

Hello
I have configured a new master server (running windows nt 4 sp6a) for
Netbackup 3.4 with a storage library.
Whenever I run a backup I get a status 98.

The Netbackup PDF states that the most likely cause is that the Device
Manager service is not running.
Well it is.

Looking at the BPBRM Log it shows that STATUS 98 error received from media
manager.

Any ideas?
