[Veritas-bu] Media Manager error?

Hi All at Veritas-bu. 

I am getting the following error when I try to expire this tape.  Can
anyone tell me what is wrong?  Is it the tape itself or something else
is going on?

bpexpdate -ev 000083 -d 0 
Are you SURE you want to delete 000083 y/n (n)? y 
could not deassign media due to Media Manager error
