We will look into that, but as I said before, this server is a media server
and does not do any lan backups, so I don't think that the network card is
of any significance here. There is an Exchange and a file backup on this

I've casually been reading this thread and see some familiar stuff. I met
with
Veritas on site today and they say that the Compaq teaming drivers are
notoriously problematic.
