Hi, sometime ago someone posted a snippet of perl code that converted the
often-used-in-NBU unix time to human readable time without using bpdbm
-ctime.  I've scoured the archives but can't seem to find it.  If someone
still has that could they please repost so's I don't have to reinvent?
