I have seen this when my master server loses SCSI connectivity to the robot.
I have an STK L80 with 7 LTO drives and W2k master server. So my
environment is quite different than yours, but maybe it will give you
something to look at. In my case it is necessary to re-associate the robot
with the local host and re-start the device manager service on the master
and media servers.

Best of luck.

All of my backups started failing with status code 219. Anyone has an idea
why? All help is appreciated.
