[Veritas-bu] Backup speeds to STK 9940A drives

Set your /usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ to match your SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS
if it isn't already.  Also check you have enough shared memory for your
buffer size and your number of buffers (there's a formula in the linked
doc).

Only getting about 15009Kb/sec to FC tape.

Is there anything that I can change to try and
improve this?
