If I'm not mistaken, you just need to specify the new server's address in the
clients
bp.conf as the NB server address. For example, if you're NB server has two
interfaces
that are in dns as 'server.domain.name' and 'server-120.domain.name'
(assuming the later
is an interface on the 120 subnet that you wish to connect via), you would
just set
you're server line to 'SERVER = server-120.domain.name' in the bp.conf file
on the client.

Another option, or maybe in addition to the above changes would be to setup
some bandwidth
limiting on heavily used networks. On your NB server, you can use the
LIMIT_BANDWIDTH option
to put an upper limit on how much bandwidth is allowed to be used for a
specific client.
