I have Netbackup Datacenter 4.5GA running on Win2k. Attached to the
server is an ATL P2000 library with 4 DLT drives. I have noticed that
several times a month one of the drives will go down and won't come back up.
When I try to up the drive I get a 277 error. The first few times I had the
drives replaced under warranty. One day quantum suggested the software may
be at fault and to try deleting and readding the drive in netbackup. It
worked! Does anyone have a permanent solution to this problem?
