A user-directed backup can log this.  

For regular schedule backups you have to delve directly into the database.

Get the list of images from bpimagelist -class <classname> -idonly
Then dive into /usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/<client>/<time
range>/<imagename>.f

Possible but it's a pain.
