so, then what should the value be?

It is a client side setting that is in the Registry at the following
location:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\VERITAS\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\config

value name=Clear_Archive_Bit_Incr_Wait
value type=REG_DWORD

Hi,

I am backing-up a NT client. The backup is ending with a 41 status. The
bpbkar log shows the following:

WRN - timeout (300) while waiting for message: 'Clear Archive Bits'

I added the following lines to the bp.conf file in the server:

CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT = 600
CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 600


but still the exact same warning. Any ideas?.
