If you use just the bpstart_notify.bat & bpend_notify.bat you'll get it for
all classes. However, you can also use the naming convention of
bpstart_notify.CLASS.bat or bpstart_notify.CLASS.SCHED.bat to limit what can
run it to just CLASS or CLASS & SCHED respectively. (same for
bpend_notify.bat)

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Run a batch file before and after a job

It turns out that I may need to run a batch file prior to running a backup
on a class and then run another batch file at the end of the class (stop and
start services). This batch file is only applicable to one class and not
applicable to the others.

I have seen information on creating a bpstart_notify.bat and
bpend_notify.bat but it appears these scripts will run for all classes. Can
I run a script per class?

Windows 2000 master server, mix of NT and 2000 Server clients, NBU 3.4.1.
