Michelle, are these clients connecting to a new media server? I've seen
the 57 error occur when the media server hasn't been added to the bp.conf
file on the client.

I'm getting clinet connection refused errors (57) on several clients that
have been running. They are a mix of Sun and HP Unix machines.

When I go to the client and attempt to telnet to the master server through
the bpcd port;

                 telnet master bpcd

I get a bad port number error.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Thanks
