I have one media server out of five (all HP-UX 11.0, all upgraded from 3.2 to 
3.4 about 3 months ago) that has suddenly started
spawning multiple tldd processes.  This confuses the heck out of NB with the 
end result being a couple tape drives with tapes
stuck in them (drives are not downed though).  These processes are unkillable, 
the only way I've been able to get rid of them is
by rebooting the system.  Anyone ever seen anything like this or have any ideas 
how to stop this behavior?
