The upgrade was a cake-walk.  Only gotcha is to be aware of what options
you have installed (NDMP in my case) and make sure you re-install them
as part of the upgrade.  I also did not convert my catalogues to binary
so that part I haven't experienced.

Otherwise it works as advertised.
