I have a question about port use:

If the master server has the following in bp.conf:
ALLOW_NON_RESERVED_PORTS
SERVER_RESERVED_PORT_WINDOW= 800 899
CLIENT_RESERVED_PORT_WINDOW= 900 999
SERVER_PORT_WINDOW= 3000 3999
CLIENT_PORT_WINDOW= 4000 4999
RANDOM_PORTS=NO

But the clients do not, will this cause problems? (I am trying to find a way
to 'transition' over from one config to another and wondering if I have to
do an 'all in none day' config change on every client.)
