If you were using the vault extension under 3.4 you will need new keys for 4.5.
Get ready for a wait - Veritas are very slow when it comes to sorting out
licenses. What should be a 5-10 minute phone call to support ends up being an
exercise in beurocracy that takes ages to resolve. Support won't even touch
licensing issues.

Are there any "update" licenses required for the upgrade from
3.4 to 4.5? As long as you perform the "upgrade" installation
will your existing licenses be preserved? (will I need to dig up my
3.4 license keys?)
I've been looking through the install guide pdf and license
details for 4.5 are very vague.
I did see a trouble ticket talking about system patches that
need to be installed to prevent licensing problems, anybody
have any experiences with license issues while installing or
upgrading to 4.5?
