You could put the DATs in different pools.

Or, assuming they're standalone, just mount the one you want to use
before you start the duplication.  It'll pick that one over the
umounted one.

NBU will restore from the primary copy, which defaults to copy 1.  To
change the primary, use bpimage or bpduplicate (-npc I think).

bpexpdate is used for changing expiration dates.  Be careful with it.
I don't know why you'd want to change the date when a tape come onsite
or goes offsite.
