I think you can try the following if you have logging turned on:

        cd /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpbrm

        egrep process_start_restore_msg log.05??02 |egrep progress_file

It will return something like the following for a:

bpadm restore:

        log.050302:16:03:21 [3919] <4> bpbrm process_start_restore_msg:
progress_file = /root/bplog.rest.004

Java Restore:

        log.050602:16:40:40 [14036] <4> bpbrm process_start_restore_msg:
progress_file =                 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/<USERNAME
OF WHO STARTED THE RESTORE>/logs/<TEMP LOG NAME>.log

I think the log file disappears after the restore is done though.

If the log file is gone the information is still in the bpbrm log file like
the following:

        16:46:44 [14044] <4> bpbrm write_msg_to_progress_file: (788396.001)

When performing a Restore through the JAVA interface, on UNIX, what
directory are the restore progress log files kept?
