Hi,
I am trying to NDMP Backup of NetApp Filer using Netbackup
DataCenter 3.4. I have installed Netbackup Data Center 3.4 on Solaris
8 and Solaris 2.7, also included NDMP Option for Netbackup.
Some How Whiel i am trying to configure the device which is
Standalone tape drive DLT 8000 attached to NetApp. i am not able to
do it and getting an error "could not start oprd on host NDMP
Server: can not connect to vmd"
I am not sure what is causing this problem. I already did verify the
connection thing by running NDMP command "set_ndmp_attr -verify NDMP
Server" and it gives me message back regarding successful
authentication.
Please let me know what i am missing....
