[Veritas-bu] sgscan hangs

Hi All,

For some reason, sgscan has never worked for us using any of the given option 
(basic, disk, tape, changer, etc.).  Our media server is an E3500 with 4 JNI 
scsi FCE-1063 and is running DataCenter 3.4.  The sg driver is:

189 78546000   2ce7 191   1  sg (SCSA Generic Revision: 3.4)

The media server is connected to an ATL P7000 changer with 2 FC-230 cards.  
There are 16 DLT8000 drives.

Has anyone had this problem before?  Any suggestion would be much appreciated!
