I've seen this problem. The agent cannot find Lotus Notes library
(llibnote_r.a)
Either install the latest client patch 34_2 (even 34_1 will do) or link the
library to /usr/lib :
/usr/lib/libnote_r.a to /opt/lotus/notes/latest/ibmpow/libnotes_r.a
