[Veritas-bu] bplabel problem
2002-03-02 01:08:40
I this already mounted in a tape drive?
I'd try this:
tpunmount -f /tmp/wf0010
then
bplabel -ev wf0010 -d 8mm -o -p Full-Weekly
See if that clears it up for you.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] bplabel problem
Hello,
I'm having a problem writing a label to a tape. I've done this
often, successfully, but one I'm trying to relabel now is failing.
command:
bplabel -ev wf0010 -d 8mm -o -p Full-Weekly
response:
bplabel: cannot open /tmp/wf0010, Permission denied.
I'm running the command as root. Any ideas?
Thanks, and have a great weekend!
Regards,
Joe
