[Veritas-bu] cannot kick off any manual and schedule backup at all! help

Hi All,

Has anyone met the following error in the bpdbm log file before? We =
cannot even kick off any manual and schedule backup at all. It is fresh =
installation.

Master: Windows 2000 + Service Pack 2
NBU 3.4.1+ patch 341_2
Library: ADIC VLS DLT700 system (TSD type)
