IMHO, this type of functionality should be a part of any decent enterprise 
backup package and not
something the customer should have to pay extra for (like Advanced Reporter.)

With backups especially, data trending over time is extremely important for 
capacity planning purposes.

For my part, visualizing the data is the highpoint when all the 
code-hacking you've gone through
finally shows its worth.
