Mike,

In Readme.nt file included in patch "NB_341_1.winnt.intel_237776.exe"
is written:

*********************

After Install:
==============

Exchange 2000 NetBackup Class Notes:
--------------------------------------------------
    o To enable the availability of the Exchange 2000 directive in
NetBackup
      Policy Management, append the following line:

                Microsoft Information Store:\

      to the "includes" file located in

        <NetBackup installation folder>\NetBackup\db\class_template\MS_Exchange

      directory of the NetBackup Server.

    o A new class needs to be created for backup of Exchange 2000. When
creating
      the class, make sure to remove the "Microsoft Exchange
Server:\..." directives
      from the files list (they are inserted by default when Exchange
class is
      created and are ONLY needed for Exchange 5.x).

    o Use "Microsoft Information Store:\..." directive for backing up
Exchange
      2000 servers.
        i.e.    Microsoft Information Store:\First Storage Group\

Maybe it will be usefull for you ?
