[Veritas-bu] Creating Pick-list under NT

Anyone knows if there are scripts for creating a Pick-list that goes =
offsite with tapes? I know Vaulting can do this, but Vaulting is too =
expensive for this customer. So i just want a printable report witch =
contains the following information (for example)

Date tapes are written
Witch images from witch host
Date ejected from robot
(date tapes should get back in te robot)
