DAR is not offered on 3.4 or 4.5. there is always a possibility of a 4.5
patch in the future, but i am not aware of anything on the roadmap at this
time. 

lets keep our fingers crossed for the next release of NBU (which should be
5.0 but version numbers are always subject to change).
