Dayal,
When "xbpadm" loads, it looks for the file XNB (in such places as
"/usr/openwin/lib/X11/app-defaults" among others) so try creating
a (one-line) file called XNB containing:
*fontList: -*-helvetica-medium-b-*-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*
You can test this by placing the XNB file in, say, "/tmp" and invoking
"xbpadm" as:
# env XENVIRONMENT=/tmp/XNB xbpadm
To experiment with different fonts, use the command "xfontsel"
