Thanks for the pointer to the Veritas site. I had to use :-
bpexpdate -recalculate -backupid <backup-id> -d infinity -force
Did this to all backup-ids on the tape and now the "Tape" has an expiration
time of infinity. Thanks

It tells me that this tape has a database backup on it, I believe
obackup is Oracle 7 EBU but I'm not positive. I'm not sure why
you're not allowed to change the retention of an obackup image, but
it sure looks intentional.
