I have 2 seperate backup networks with NB Datacenter.

1 = unix master server / media server , unix & nt/win2k clients

2 = win2k master server / media server , nt/win2k clients

Both seem to be slow at backing up the windows clients.

The servers and clients both have the latest patches for 3.4.1

The servers and clients are both set at 100Mb / FD at the OS level and the
switch level.

The switches in both locations are cisco 3548's.

Im seeing on average 1GB/hour for backup & restore on the nt/win2k clients
and im getting 15 - 20GB/hour for the unix clients.

Are there any registry settings or system variables in nt/win2k I should
be changing to increase throughput ?

Im more of a unix guy, so if you have NT/win2k suggestions, you'll need to
be a little more verbose with me.
