Has anyone ever seen a lot of error 40's when the stream stops to mount the
next tape?  We're seeing an inordinate amount of these status codes and it's
always when the job requires another tape.  The mount is attempted but it
error's out with 40.  This doesn't always happen but we see about 4-5 a day
and only on Tru64 clients.  Thanks.
