[Veritas-bu] Last 3.4.2 patch and OTM

Hello,
 
is anybody else affected by latest patch from Veritas for Window  (exit code
13) or it is problem for me only?
This patch fixed our Exchange problems but broke our FS backup (worked fine
before).
If I disable OTM then everything work fine. With OTM enabled I have error
code 13 on a server and no warning or error
messages on a client side (in bpbkar log file).
