I can attest to tape changes happening during a continuing backup outside of
a window causing 196 code failures.  Additionally, at the and of a
successful backup, when an end writing occurs outside of the window, will
cause a 196 code failure.

A backup i na QUEUED state will fail with a 196 if the window has expired
before it has started.

I have also heard s couple of people comment that if a tape change happens
during an active backup, but the window has expired, a 196 will also result.
I have never seen this for myself though. Can anyone confirm or deny?
