Does NBU backup empty directories?  Specifically, if a directory
contains absolutely nothing, will NBU still backup the directory itself?

I ask because I have a situation where a directory is now empty (didn't
used to be) but the directory name does not show on any of my backup
images as far back as September.  The directory still exists on the
server, it just has nothing in it.
