Did you have failures with the backup within the last 12 hours or so?

I had a similar problem recently where bpsched wouldn't schedule my backup
jobs automatically on a particular client.  I had previously had a bunch of
failures with a particular client and I had my Netbackup global attributes
schedule backup attempts value set to 2 tries every 12 hours, which I
believe is the default.  bpsched would see that it had failed on it's 2
previous attempts and not schedule my backup (though it had been 10 hours
since the last time it tried).  When I added VERBOSE to my
/usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf file and checked the bpsched log file I
believe it told me what the problem was though.
