I have also seen this but have found if you have at least about 2GB of free
space it works much better. It seems as soon as we drop below that level we
start to see more status 1's.

I am having the exact same problem. IT seems no matter what I do I can't get
OTM to come up properly for a number of systems (between 10-14) each day
report status 1. This does concern me a bit, but I don't know what else to
try at this point.
