First, I'd like to thank Gregg Yurchak from Veritas Professional Services
for his suggestion.  It wasn't the answer I needed, but it was a timely
response.

Second, to recap my problem, when I run "/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jnbSA" it
attempt to log into my media server with the old FQHN, and with my site
completing a change of DNS domain name by the end of the year, NetBackup
had to updated to use the new FQHN.

Third, the problem turned out to be super simple to resolve.
"/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jnbSA" is a wrapper script, and a check of the
script pointed to a configuration file "/usr/openv/java/nbj.conf", where
I found "SERVER_HOST" defined to the old FQHN.  One tweak with an editor,
and my problem was resolved.
