I'm getting quite a few NT event log error messages like this.  Is this a
problem?  What can I do to fix this?

"16 4 7826 7826 netbackup portalqa bpbrm from client portalqa: ERR - cannot
create directory: 'C:\Program
Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\tir_info\System_State:' (WIN32 123: The filename,
directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. ) "
