Can anyone provide some advice on how to recover from write errors when running 
bpvault.  As the vault software is now configured when a write error occurs the 
vault software records the identity of
the image which was being duplicated at the time but makes no attempt to rerun 
the failed duplication job.  I'd rather the system made an attempt to restart 
the duplication process for the image that
failed.
